Similar to what ballet is to any other dance form, the classic cocktails are to expanding your bartending skills. We will dive deep into the basic spirits, what makes a good Manhattan vs. an Excellent Manhattan. Why stir a Martini vs. shaking. What is a Vesper Martini....besides being delicious? Old Fashioned....traditional or Wisconsin style or smoked? Cuba Libre....lets go dark....dark rum that is! Bring a friend or two and spend a relaxing evening with us.
