Let's elevate 'Barbeque' to the next level! Partners will share their secrets and recipes for creating amazing and flavorful dishes on your grill, stovetop, or in your oven. Menu includes:  Heirloom Tomato & Cheese Toast, Street Corn Jalapeños, Grilled Peach & Burrata Salad, Romaine Wedge Salad, Rosemary Skewered B Reds, Peach Bourbon Glazed Baby Backs, Peruvian Chicken, Honey Mustard Salmon, Balsamic Ribeye Steak Rolls, Coffee Fudge Ice Cream Cake, Coconut Cake. Wine Samplings include: Malbec, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Cocktails include: Zingroni and Hibiscus Margarita with Sumac Rim. 

When these Indiana days and nights become sweltering we can share with you how to take these delicious "grilling" flavors inside and not deal with the bugs! Let's talk about cast iron, reverse searing, and marinades. Want to know the magic of Koji? Grilling ….. It's not just for meat!
