Cocktails and Chemtrails

This is the first in a series of experiences where we will explore cocktails, drinks and spirits from a variety of countries around the world! We will start each cocktail by having a bit of straight spirit to smell and taste, then we will build the cocktail. Our journey will begin the minute you arrive, in France where we will indulge in a Kir Royale accompanied by a French amouse bouche. Next we will jump the pond and head to Brazil. Brazil is famous for the Amazon Rainforest, world class beaches, Carnival celebrations and Caipirinha’s!! You will participate in the creation of this sweet-tart cocktail full of earthy notes while enjoying empanadas filled with meat and cheese. Next we will pop over to Peru, Land of the Incas. Since our time is limited, instead of climbing Machu Picchu we will introduce ourselves to the Pisco Sour. Fresh Ceviche and tortillas…
