Decembers Meet the Artist - Kristy Mathewson Church

Kristy is a transplant to the Midwest from about 9 years ago. She describes her art as "outsider art". A term from the early 1970's referring to untrained artists without connections or constraints from the art world. She is heavily influenced by children's book illustrations, street art, graffiti on trains and works of traditional folk art from other cultures. Come share Partner's charcuterie and discover the shift her art is taking in the present. Cash bar will be available for delicious drinks, beer and wine.
