Introduction to Wine (2 hours) - An overview of wine history; a presentation of today’s most popular wines; an introduction to discovering your palate; and, exposing a few most common contemporary myths used in marketing wines. Includes tastings of a featured sweet white; a dry white; a sweet red; and a dry red. Charcuterie to accompany tastings. $40/person + 10% off additional food orders.
