Discover the colors and flavors of Spring in all its Glory! Just in time for Mother's Day. We will taste our way through the bright fresh flavors available now, amouse-bouche style. All the deliciousness will be accompanied by seasonally selected wines and cocktails. Dont miss this one!

About the event

Walk with us through the brightness of Spring and all its flavors. We will serve amouse-bouche appetizers that  feature the bounty and colors of Spring. We curated these dishes to be served at your next party or take with you to your next celebration (think the Mum person in your world) Alongside these little gems, we will have Jana Neher of Carroll Distribution pouring wines she has selected to go with the food choices. Behind the bar we will be creating equally fresh spring influenced cocktails. We will also have Mocktails using the same ingredients but are alcohol free! 

Amouse-Bouche -

     -Vegetable Crudite

     -Smashed Harissa Potatoes on Garlic Labneh and topped with Pickled Onions and Parsley

     -Baked Gruyere with Rosemary and Garlic

     -Wasabi Deviled Eggs

     -Tuna Crudo with Citrus Caper Vinaigrette

     -Endive with Roasted Beets & Tarragon, Balsamic Drizzle

     -Blueberry Lemon Buttermilk Cake

     -Chocolate Pavlova

We will provide recipes for both appetizers and cocktails with our tips for successfuly creating everything in your home! Cost for the experience is $50 per person, gratuity not included.
