Tiki's and Tropicals - Some Winter Sunshine!! Mixology Class

We will be pulling out all the stops to bring some sunshine into our lives! Think you can only get these drinks in the tropics? Think again.....we will be making the famous Scorpion (serve it in a bowl withh multiple straws for sharing), a Singapore Sling, the Painkiller and a Halekulani Cocktail. We will use a huge variety of ingredients...rums, bourbon, gin, cherry liquer, brandy, fresh, pineapple, lime and orange juices. Orgeat and grenadine, demerara and bitters. They all add up to creating sunshine in a glass. For this class we will have Polynesian appetizers instead of charcuterie! See you on Canal Street!!
